Everyone here at the Crown are very proud that the Village of Little Missenden has won the Gurney Cup award for Best kept village in Buckinghamshire 2009 (population under 500)!
The Buckinghamshire Best Kept Village competition is sponsored by Bucks County Council, Milton Keynes Council and the District Councils from Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe.
So why not come down, and while you are here have lunch in our beautiful one acre garden, or for those chillier lunchtimes sit by one of our two open log fires and see for yourself just why our village is the "Best village in Buckinghamshire"!

Little Missenden is hosting it's annual Music & Arts Festival. Now in its 50th year, the festival runs for 10 days from 9th to 18th October, 2009.
So why not come and experience what composer David Matthews calls "England's best-kept secret festival".
